All the shell trades on Turnkey.mt’s card (insulation, first-fix electrics and plumbing, gypsum and plastering, screed, external doors and windows, internal doors, floor and wall tiling, second-fix electrics, painting) priced per square metre of floor, plus a kitchen priced as an appliance basket and a run of units, plus bathrooms.
